Empyrean provided full construction and engineering services for the pre-cast yard facilities of the LRT-1 Cavite Extension Project. This included civil, electrical, and utility works that enabled efficient fabrication and handling of pre-cast concrete components critical to the railway extension. The project reinforced Empyrean’s role in delivering essential support structures for major infrastructure projects in Metro Manila.
