Empyrean carried out complete MEPFS works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Safety systems) for Sheds 1, 2, and 3 of the NSCR Pre-Cast Yard in Bulacan. This project ensured reliable power distribution, advanced CCTV monitoring, and integrated fire protection systems, supporting the efficient and safe production of pre-cast components for the North–South Commuter Railway Project.
